The Portrait Mode

Portrait Mode should be used when you are taking a picture or video containing at least one person. Face Detection is enabled for both pictures and videos, so the camera will find and set focus on the face. In addition, Face Recognition functionality is enabled when you’re taking pictures. When a face has been detected, the camera’s software will also search through its maximum six registered faces to see if there is a match. If so, the person’s registered name and age will be displayed with the image and resulting picture.

OUTDOOR
This mode prevents the subject’s image from appearing to be in shadows and too dark to recognize.
INDOOR
This mode sets the ISO sensitivity to ensure that the image is in focus with proper lighting.
CREATIVE
This mode allows the user to set the camera’s aperture to create background blurring for an artistic resulting picture.
